Description and Application
FB-01 Ferilizer anti-caking agent is in paste or oily, Mixture of anionic and cationic surfactant, highquality oil and fatty matter, and hydrophobic agent.

Remarks:the cargo is composition of several materials,which have different melting point,the melting point in the table above is the highest one,melting anti-caking agent to liquid completely

Dosage:
Average dosage will be 1 .8-2kg for 1MT ferilizer, 1.8kg usually.
Dosage can be less for lower N and or P compound fertilizer.
Dosage can be more for high N and or P compound ferilizer, can be up to 2.5kg per MT.
The effect will be better, if using with the powder anti-caking agent together, the dosage of powder anti-caking agent FB-02 will be 2.5kg

Using Method:
FB-01S: Heat the paste anti-caking agent to 70-80°C to liquid, pump into storage tank, than
atomize and spray on the surface of granulated compound ferilizer in coating roller.
FB-01L: Can use directly without heating at room temperature, pump, than atomize and spray on
the surface of granulated compound fertilizer in coating roller. Heating maybe need in winter.

First Aid Treatment:
Avoid eye and skin contact,
Eye Contact: Check for and remove any contact lenses. In case of contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. WARM water MUST be used. Get medical attention if iritation occurs.
Skin Contact: Wash with soap and water. Cover the iritated skin with an emollient. Get medical attention if iritation develops.

Packing and Storage:
In steel drums 180kg each net, or carton box 25kg net
Store in ventilated and dry warehouse, away from heat, fire; Transportation and storage at room temperature.
